Rash On Inner Thigh And Genital Area, Looks Like Blister And Peeling, Itching. Any Ideas?

i have an odd rash on inner thigh of left leg as well as left half of genital area. i also have poison ivy rash but this one is not poison ivy.
it is a large area, with what looks like a large blister and peeling. it is itcy and has what looks like spots of broken blood vessels, like what a piece of pinched skin would look, that purplish reddish color. any ideas as to what it may be? seen a doctor and they dont know what it is but are treating me for lymes

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

You might have developed a fungal infection,

Lymes is also a possibility but usually there is usually no itch in lymes.

In my view a treatment with anti fungals is a good option.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
