Rashes On Arms, Legs, Neck, Torso, Splotcy Red Skin. Taken Oral Benadryl, No Relief. Treatment?
I have several places on my arms, legs, neck , face, torso, and buttocks area that appear to be a rash , but there are no bumps. My skin has splotchy red areas that are hot to the touch and extremely itchy, and my skin feels very tight. I have taken an oral benadryl , and rubbed benadryl cream on the areas, but there is no relief.

well it could be because of some environmental changes ,for this i advised you to take antihistaminics and you can apply some antifungal ointment to get rid of it

it can be food pollen or clothes
can corelate or consult allergy doctor who can help to find the cause
attime can use anti allergic tab
histocalamine and anti allergi ointment in affected area of skin
