Reason For Child's Yellow, Loose Stool Despite Normal Cereal And Milk Intake?

hi doctor, please my baby is 6months and two week old. She started having loose stool the past 3 days up to 5 times a day, not smelling bad n yellow in colour. She is still taking her normal cereals and milk she started without any problem not untill 3days ago. Please am confused and dont know why the loose stool and what to do

Thank you for your query.
Loose stools may be due to some contamination or due to a stomach bug like a virus.
Give breast feeds frequently.
Give sips of oral rehydration solutions such as Pedialyte to prevent dehydration.
Consult the doctor for examination and further medication such as oral probiotic and zinc.
