Hi I have been feeling sick for a long time now I always feel nauseated bad headaches severe stomach pain comes and goes pains in the chest which leads to from my arms to my legs a tingling feeling heartburn all the time I am really tired a lot and havent had a period for 3 months

You are probably suffering from chronic migraine headaches. If the headache days are > 15/month you will require prophylactic therapy to prevent heachaches like propanalol, Flunarizine, topiramate as well as some medicine to abort acute headache like Naproxen, Sumatriptan etc
