Reason For Having Severe Gas Problem With Tangy Substance Coming Out While Burping With Flaring Arthritis

I have severe gas.
Morning if I have tea , then if burp tangy substance will come out which is kind of tea.
After having lunch If I burp food piceces come out .. And whenver I have this issue my joint pain and I get arthritis flares ..
Not able to clear this issues

Your description of issues indicate that you have gastro-esophageal reflux with decreased tone of esophageal sphincture and/or hiatus hernia. Please visit you gastroenterologist who will evaluate and perform upper GI scopy to and advice further treatment.
