Normally, withdrawal bleeding may start after 3 days of stoppage of last medicine of birth-control pill. However, sometimes it may take some extra days for the withdrawal bleeding. Chances of being pregnant are very rare. You are advised to consult your doctor, if you do not get your period within 3 weeks after stoppage your last pill.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
