Reason For Numbness In Left Side From Head To Leg With Flu Like Symptoms And Low Energy
hi, i planned to see doctor by walk in, but there s waiting time for one hour. I decide to use this before making the decision. I have numbness on left side from head to leg. It was on and off but this week it still continues. also i think i have symptomlike flu and low energy. what should i do ?
* disc herniation towards the left side in the upper neck region, compressing over the nerves which communicate sensations from the left side of the body to the brain; or,
* a lesion in the sensory area of the right brain.
An MRI of brain and upper neck spine will identify the real cause.
There doesn't seem to be any correlation between flu-like symptoms and unilateral numbness.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.

Reason For Numbness In Left Side From Head To Leg With Flu Like Symptoms And Low Energy
Hi there, Thanks for your query. Single-sided numbness can be due to either, * disc herniation towards the left side in the upper neck region, compressing over the nerves which communicate sensations from the left side of the body to the brain; or, * a lesion in the sensory area of the right brain. An MRI of brain and upper neck spine will identify the real cause. There doesn t seem to be any correlation between flu-like symptoms and unilateral numbness.
