Reason For Pain In Arm, Ankle, Sensitive Scalp And Headache On Right Side
Right side of scalp is sensitive to touch it is painful Pain and strain on the neck right side only Sometimes some fatigue or pain in arm right arm And also Sometimes right leg near ankle pain I am not sure if they are all related but its only on the right side With headache on the right side (migraine like)

Thanks for being on HCM. The character of pain as you have described appears to be typical of Tension type headache.However,cervical spondylosis needs to be ruled out considering neck pain.X-ray of cervical spine needs to be done. Tab. Amitriptyline trial needs to be given.Hope that it will bring improvement.
