Reason For Pain In The Left Side Of The Chest And Arm?

I was diagnosed with a sinus infection 12/28/2013. 01/02/2014 I had heart pain & was told it was pnumonia(sp?). I've had a pulse over 100 during the day averaging 120 to 155. I have pain in my left side of my chest and arm.I just finished a 48 hour monitor but my dr doesn't think it shows anything. It has been sent off to a cardiologist but I won't get the results for 3 weeks. Tonight I had ringing in my left ear and the left side of my face went numb. My face has gotten better now. I'm very weak, tired and nervous. Do you know whats wrong with me? I'm a 30 year old, white male. I was in good health until two months ago.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be lower respiratory allergic condition, and nothing to worry about this your apprehensiveness may aggravate the symptoms so just take it easy, it will come around on its own, just wait some days for the symptomatic relief you can take Tab. Acetaminophen three times in day, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
