Reason For Swelling, Stiffness And Dull Pain In Joints Under Buttocks
Dear sir, I have a swelling under the buttock where my leg joints with buttock. The swelling is on the sides of thigh..aboth sidesns sometimes it is providing a dull pain...and when i qoke up in the morning..stifness is present in joints..when the touch the swelled part it is soft .

you may have a condition called sacroiliitis.
this may be a condition associated with an arthritis called spondyloarthropathy.
I suggest you get an MRI of the SI joint and an hlab27 blood test.
otherwise please consult a rheumatologist for your problem and get it evaluated.
