Reasons For Chest Pain While Walking Up Stairs With Shortness Of Breath, Back Pain And Tachycardia

Chest pain walking up stairs with shortness of breath and radiating back pain and tachycardia (120) for 30 minutes.last weekend. 47 year old female w hx of benign arrythmia on holter (tachy, PAC. PVC and bigemeny last year done for feeling faint). My MD suggested I might have gone to ER and wants me to see cardio but I wonder if that is too much?

So I suggest to run the following exams:
- ECG
- ECHO
- Holter monitoring.
- Stress test.
