Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The clinical description seems to suggest that he has suffered a concussion due to head injury and is likely to recover without surgery.
He needs observation in hospital for any worsening of condition for two-three days.
Blood in urine needs examination by a urologist.
Please upload the MRI reports for more information.
I hope it helps.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
