Recently I Have A Crunching Sound On My Ear. What Could It Be ?
Hi there, recently I have a crunching sound on my ear when I move or turn my head from side to side. also, when i try to pull my ear up and down I can hear it too. it's like my ear is abit loose lol ? its not IN my ear. what could it be? This seems to be either eustachian tube dysfunction or wax in the ear, both of which needs an ENT evaluation.

You may have wax in ear. If water while taking bath entered in the ear mix with wax and gives this type of sound.if you pull your ear up and down wax with water gives you crunching sound.
approach your doctor and wax is present he will clear it.
