Welcome to HCM.
The first person you should consult is the surgeon whom removed you gall-bladder. The options that need to be considered are, possible complications or infection from your surgery, or Gastro-esophageal problems , possibly related to your stress. Do not delay in seeking help as this might be serious.
I trust this helps you.

General Surgeon Dr. Grzegorz Stanko's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by heart arrhythmia, heart ischemic disease, peptic ulcer, acid reflux or bile ducts stone. Stress can trigger both heart and stomach conditions.
It is advisable to have heart ECG, stress test and heart ultrasound performed. If heart will be fine, abdominal ultrasound, liver enzymes, amylase should be checked. Upper GI endoscopy should be done as well.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
