Recommend Treatment For Irregular Periods

hi my name is sujana 26, i m married,when i was 19 year old i have irregular period problem with heavy pain,i took treatment doctor say u have small fibriod,no need to remove now,after married it will go automatic,now i have 10 years old child,now i try to another child,but till not pregnent,still i have irregular period problem with pain,when i get period i feel heavy pain also,the period delay some times 2 month,so kindly give me idea for the right treatment?
