I need to know how old are you and if you have got any other diseases like diabetes or hypertension. How is your BMI? This could be due to your sciatic nerve compression that is causing all these symptoms or it could be due to problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues that surround your hip joint. I suggest you to visit your local doctor to look into this matter because you might need imaging and neuro-surgeon/orthopedics consultation as well.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
