Recovered From Cold Symptoms, Having Bad Headaches, Neck Swollen, Lymph Nodes Inflamed On Right Side. How To Proceed ?
Hello, I had been having cold symptoms like coughing, sore throat and nose congestion about one month ago. My symptoms improved but three weeks ago, I started having bad headaches affecting my forehead area and still coughing and noticed my neck felt swollen on the right side. I went to MD and they gave me azyrthomycin and said I had sinus infection and the lymph nodes felt inflamed on the right side..
My headaches improved with antibiotics but my neck still was inflamed so went to another MD on Friday who said he thought is was reactive lymph nodes. I took a sonogram of the neck area and the radiologist reported bilateral enlarged lymph nodes, at least five on each side and said concerning for neoplasm.
Please guide me on how to proceed and who I should see.
GET XRAY PNS WATERSVIEW AND I THINK THIS IS ACUTE SINUSITIS AS THERE ARE THE SAME SYMPTOMPS IN ACUTE SINUSITIS AS THERE IS POST NASAL DRIP THAT CAUSES INFLAMATION OF THROAT AND LYMPH NODES ARE REACTIVE HYPERPLASIA OF POST NASAL DRIP
YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN ANTIBIOTICS YOU TOLD NOW ADD ANTIALLERGIC TAB FEXOFENADINE 120 MG BD ADD LIQUID ANTACIDS TO PREVENT HYPERACIDITY BY PND APPLY NEOMYCIN H OINTMENT IN NOSE BD AND SEA WATER 2 DROPS AT NIGHT EACH NOSE CONTINUE 3-4 WEEK YOU WILL BE BETTER LYMPHNODE ENLARGEMENT WILL GO SLOWLY AS THE SINUSES CLEAR AND POST NASAL DRIP SSTOPS
