Hello,
I had been having cold symptoms like coughing, sore throat and nose congestion about one month ago.
My symptoms improved but three weeks ago, I started having bad headaches affecting my forehead area and still coughing and noticed my neck felt swollen on the right side. I went to MD and they gave me azyrthomycin and said I had sinus infection and the lymph nodes felt inflamed on the right side..
My headaches improved with antibiotics but my neck still was inflamed so went to another MD on Friday who said he thought is was reactive lymph nodes.
I took a sonogram of the neck area and the radiologist reported bilateral enlarged lymph nodes, at least five on each side and said concerning for neoplasm.
Please guide me on how to proceed and who I should see.
