Recovering From TB, Loss Of Fine Motor Skills In One Hand, Imbalance, Confusion. Any Suggestions?

My husband is recovering from tb .since the31 dec he has loss his fine motorskills in his left hand .he has been to hospital were they have done many tests on him ..no medicine given ..since being out of hospital his balance at times is very bad and he is in a confuse state .. The hospital neuro has told id there is nothing they can do until they have received the final test !

from symptoms it seems that he may be developing meningitis
the doctor is waiting for test results
he is right. until the diagnosis finalised it difficult to start therapy because the treatment may be as long as 1 year in neurotuberculosis
