Recurred Severe Pain In Stomach, Bloating, Gas. History Of Being Detected As Gastritis, Relief From Gas-x. Guide

Yes, for the last two days, I've had severe pain, bloating, and gas on my left side of my body, this has happened once before, and went to the doctor for an answer. He told me it was gastritis, and told me to get some gas-x and it did help and within a couple of days was gone. It is happening again, just want an answer? Thank You

Hi,
Gastritis is irritation of gastric mucosa. It can be avoided by avoiding causative factors. They are-
- Irregular food habits.
One must eat at fixed time. Over eating is not good Small feeds at an interval of 3 hours are best.
-Spicy, fried food with excessive chilies, hard to digest food.
-Alcohol, tobacco.
-Excessive tea. Coffee consumption.
- Fasting or avoiding sufficient diet
-lack of sleep, No exercises
-Psychological tension
If you avoid these things, the recurrence can be avoided.
Thank you,
I find this answer helpful
