Recurring Bluish Green Weird Bumps With Pus In And Around Earlobes. Pus And Blood Discharge When Popped With Needle. Serious?

Hi I have always gotten weird bumps inside my ear lobes that would always vary in sizes. It feels like it's filled with pus cause you can almost hear it moving around when you squish it. Recently I got one behind my earlobe on the outside. It is fairly large and almost has a bluish green look to it. I had one before and I used a needle to pop it (I know I should not have done that) and pus and blood came out. Why am I getting these again and should I pop this one also or call the doctor?

Hello,
You need to take antibiotics.
You should consult an ENT specialist and take antibiotics and get the back of the ear lobule cleaned with betadine and then proper antibiotic ointment application is done.
You must take proper care as if this infection spreads the ear cartilage may get destroyed and will lead to deformation of the external ear.
Then later you must take care while taking bath that there is not debries on the lobule and they are cleaned properly
