Hi,
Your symptoms are suggestive of a hormonal imbalance and you would need a complete hormonal profile, trans-vaginal sonogram and blood counts and urinalysis apart from a thorough physical examination to see where the problem lies. Sudden weight disturbance and stress also can lead to such changes; so also are infections and certain medications. Please maintain a healthy weight, avoid stress, do some regular daily exercise and contact your consultant for further support. Wish you good health.
