Red Blotches On Tip Of Foreskin, Been Stressed. Is It Thrush Or Fungal Bacteria?
Hi, i recently noticed a group of small red coloured blotches on the tip of my penis inder the foreskin. They are almost un-noticable when erect but when flacid they become more visable. I have no symptoms to go with them just the blotches. I've recently been under a lot of stress and have a very hectic life, could fatigue be responsible for these appearing? Or could it be something else such as thrush or a type of fungal bacteria?
Hi red blotches at the tip of foreskin can be candidial balanitis.it can be due to candidial species.it can be cured by flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for four weeks and application of nizral ointment twice daily can cure the condition.rule out diabetes

Red Blotches On Tip Of Foreskin, Been Stressed. Is It Thrush Or Fungal Bacteria?
Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It suspect it to be a Thrush ( candidiasis ) or genital herpes. But to get correct diagnosis , visual examination is very essential. If it is due to candidiasis, Then single dose of oral fluconazole of 150 mg is enough. If it is due to Herpes, then acyclovir may be needed. Hope this helps. Please reply for further queries. Wishing you good health.
