Red Bumps On Abdomen, Sides. Could It Be Due To The Chemicals In The Tub?

Hi, I have these little red bumps on my abdomen and sides. They don't itch or hurt, though. I've had them for a little less than a week, and I'm wondering if it's the chemicals in my hot tub, but I hope it's not chicken pox, even though I got my vaccines when I was a baby. Could you please tell me what this could be? Thanks!

Thanks for query on HCM.
Red,black headed, fluid filled, itchy, painful eruptions are seen in chickenpox.
It doesn't look like chickenpox.
It seems to some allergic reaction might be due to chemical with hot bath.
Apply anti bacterial with mild steroid cream on it.
Take oral levocetrizine with mild steroid.
Get examined by dermatologist for proper diagnosis and medical management.
