Red Circular Itch Breakouts On Back And Arms. Suspected Autoimmune Problem. Have Glomerial Nephritic Syndrome, Also Had Ovarian Cancer
never felt sting on leg. pulled out brittle black needle like object. Next circle, beige with small needle like hole in middle. Next several of the circles formed a big circle. I now have red itching breakouts on back and some on arms. First visit to dermatologist, possible autoimmune problem. Will see him in a next week. So what can I research. I do have glomerial nephritic syndrome, Also three years ago ovarian cancer. I am currently cancer free.
Hi and thanks for the query, I am afraid this should be due to a cancer problem. Skin lesions are such could be either of allergic origion or autoimmune origin as you rightly put it. Itches are generally associated with allergocv responses which is not seen in your case. In case the lesions have been reducing wutrh time, an insect bite could be involved. If not, the possibility of an autoimmune origin stands and would require an in depth evalaution. I would suggest being calm, as you await to see the dermatologist. Physical observation remains the key dermatologic diagnostic tool.
