Red Dot Like Bumps Around Penis, No Pain. Suggestion?

I have tiny red symmetrical red dot like bumps around the penis head around where the shaft and penis head meet. More on the bottom of the penis head, going all around the head. No pain or itching or fluid. Although after sex, or during erection is way more visible and sometimes sensitive but not painful. it has gotton smaller over time but still visible. Your thoughts?

The dots around the glans are likely to be Fordyce's spots, these are benign and occur naturally in a lot of people. You can consult with your doctor/Urologist,as without examining you ,I cannot be sure.
