Red Dots Appearing In Pubic Area, Tried Anti-fungal Cream, But Patches In Pubic And Stomach Area. STD ?

Hi.. I have had some red dots appear in my pubic area about a month ago. They went away after a few weeks with some anti-fungal prescribed cream. A few weeks ago I started getting some round patches in my pubic region and lower stomach. The dermatologist said it was echzma a couple of days ago & gave me advantan cream which I have just started yesterday. Today I also notice a red round patch on my penis shaft which is a bit sensitive. I am starting to think this could be a STD or something else as I have had unprotected sex with partners in the past..

Hi, it appears that it is the fungal infection, called ring worm. It is necessory to use the systemic drugs as well. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. It may not not have any relation with the S.T.D. thank you.
