Red Irritating Burning Patch On Back, Spreading Hot Sensation Through Out The Body. What Is This ?

i have a red burnin patch on my back its really irritable, i feel it getting bumpy like a rash and the burning hot sensation is spreading thru out my body, im also getting itchy???? im 20 yrs old and i suffer from high depression stress right before i started to feel the burning i had a major breakdown i dont know if that has anything to do with it... my mom had shingles recently and my boyfreind suffers from staph ..i hope i dont have any disease ...can u help me with some advice on what to do ? Iv felt this burning sensation/ rash on my body before ...?
it almost seems like a bug bite to be honest but i have so many litttle bugg bites all over my body and none of them burn like this i have another red patch on my thigh and it also looks like a bug bite but iits really swollen and red i got this one yesterday before the one on my back and a little one that doesnt burn or itch its red like an oval on my arm this one does not look like a bug bite ...i seem to discover more of these red patches but the only one that burns bad is the one on my back..? ?

Hi,

The red bumpy patch with burning sensation on back might be herpes zoster.. .also known as shingles.

Other lesions you have would be papular urticaria.. Also called lichen urticatus.. and that would be due to insects or bed bugs.

Antiviral like acyclovir in proper dose, pain killer like ketorolac and steroids in tappering dose might be helpful for herpes zoster. And you may apply silver sulfadiazine cream on the shingle.

Other lesions might be improved by application of steroid cream.

Do not worry , you might be benefitted, but consult dermatologist and take treatment..ok
