Red, Itchy Sores On Anus. Similar Symptoms For Boyfriend. Cause?
I have these red, itchy sores on my anus. They tend to be more around and near my butt crack, they itch like crazy! I have no idea what they could be. My current boyfriend and I have been sleeping together for about 3 months and everything has been fine. I went up North, to Michigan, for about a month, when I went up there, one day I noticed I had them. I had ZERO sexual contact with anyone up there. I came back and asked my boyfriend about it and he didn't know. We slept together a few times, and after a couple times, the sores started showing up on him as well, with the same syptoms. They ar scabby looking now, and every now and then I can feel them ooze a clear liquid out. I dunno if its from scratching and its white blood cells or what. But, they aren't puss filled. they just itch, and they are red and extremebly uncomfortable. If you could help me PLEASE! Id appreciate it greatly!!

Try acyclovir 200 mg five times daily for 7 days and also apply acyclovir ointment in the lesions regularly.
If it doesn't help, have to examine the lesions.
