Red Patches On Pubic Area, Spreading To Inner Thigh, Stomach, Under Breasts, Hands. What Could This Be?
Hi, i am a 28 yr old female; two weeks ago i noticed some pinkish-red patches on my pubic area, it quickly spread to my inner thigh. They vary in sizes, slightly raised, some scaly/dry, they itch and burn . A few days later i noticed some in my torso, and under my breast. I now have a few in my forearms and even some small ones in the palm of my hands. It coincided with a cold and fever. No other symptoms now, but the rash is still there. I applied anti-fungus spray, even taken benadryl . Any thoughts?

the rash involving pubic area, inner thigh, under the breast, seems to be a fungal infection , which is commonly seen in body folds , due to sweat , it can occur on other parts like torso, arms , palms
But other conditions need to be considered before starting treatment after proper examination
pitryasis rosea which is a self limiting condition has to be ruled out
It may be exanthematous rash related to fever
two conditions may co exist
I advise you to visit a doctor nearby to confirm the disorder and start treatment accordingly

Hello dear, it is appearing like fungal infection only.
It needs to be treated with anti fungals.
Please meet a dermatologist. Only thing to remember is that apply the cream for atleast one month , thank you
