Red Pimples Around Penis Tip, White Foreskin. Blood Tests Negative For STD, Virus. Causes For Red Pimples?

hello, Im 41 yrs old, I seen a doctor about my cluster like form of red pimples around the tip of penis, and looks to be white in color around foreskin shaft..I was tested for all types of STD , Virus, an any other diease possible..the blood tests came back negative of everything..the doctor was an infectous disease doctor and he could not figure out what these were..he told me to see a dermatologist ..should i seek another opion its bothering me to no end i want to know what these red pimples are...do you have any idea..thank you

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have red pimples at the tip of your penis .

These pimples could be due to inflammation of terminal part of urethra and external urinaru meatus secondary to acidic vaginal secretions of your female partner who is likely to have vaginal infection.

Please get her examined by a qualified Gynaecologist .

Since you do not have STD proved on screening test you need not worry at all.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
