Red Scars On Face. Prescribed Fucidin, Sofradex, Nadoxin, Benzoyl Peroxide. Help
Hi, I am 29 years old now and suffering from acne problems (specially during summer) since I was 26 years, I have tried many oral medicines and ointments in consultation with Dermatologist , but nothing has been effective so far. the problem is recurring.There are red acne scars on my face and it is very much ugly. Doctors suggested to use creams like Fucidin H Cream, Sofradex Cream, Nadoxin Gel, Benezoyl Peroxide . But nothing is effective so far. Please suggest& thanking you in anticipation

it is disease of oily skin and you get in summer
there are different seasons for differnt persons to get acne
keep skin dry airy and oil free
use non toxic soaps shampoo creams oils on the skin
eat non greesy non fatty foods and non oily foods
withdraw mlk and iary completely for 3 months
if infective use short course of minocycline off and on
clinamycin gel bd
tretinoic acid gel night and switch of light as it reactswith light
use long may be 3 months
avoid medicines like pcm ibuprufen dispirin aspirin vitamins diet suppliments which can cause acne and skin disturbances

Hi red scars on the face is acne vulgaris.acne vulgaris is infection of pilosebaceous glands presents as erythematous papules and pustules over the face.nodules and cysts can occur.use isotretinion 20 mg alternate day and use azithromycin 500 mg weekly thrice for 6 weeks can cure it.if not cured go for chemical peels like glycolic acid and salcylic acid peels for 4-6 weeks
