Sir,i have a lot of acne red scars. Though acne was reduced with the help of isotroin-20 mg(cipla) which i continued for 16 weeks,white heads often happen on my forehead. Presently i am applying deriva ms gel over pimples at night. Please suggest some remedies for my red scars and whiteheads. Age-19 sex-male weight-52 kg height-5'8
Understanding your concern. As per your query acne and acne scars occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine but not get benefited. First of use product containing benzoyl peroxide .Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals.Also drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
