Red Spots On Glans, Not Itchy. Taking Pristinamycin For Mycoplasma Genitalium. What Can This Be?

HI there I am currently being treated for Mycoplasme genitalium. I have been taking antibiotics(pristinamycin 1 gr 4 times daily) for three days now and no discharge present but I have some red spots on my glans and forsaking,they seem to be getting more. They are not itchy but just is not right. I do not wach my glans with soap, I clean it with water everyday. What can this be?

Hi Nonitchy red spots on the glans penis can be contact dermatitis due to cream used.or due to any urinary tract infection or due to excessive moisture by the ointment applied.
Red spots can be treated by stopping the application of the cream used and leaving it alone for few days can cure it.sprinkling of candid dusting powder in the morning and application o f mild steriod in the night can cure it
