Red Spots Under Palm And Fingers, Soles Of Feet And Toes, On Scalp, Sensitive To Touch

Hi I have very small red spots that appear to be under the skin on my palm and fingers, as well as on . Some red spots also appear on my scalp (these do not cause any irritation ). The spots on fingers, hands and feet are sensitive to touch...feels like a prick of a needle when touching it. I was thought to have had a flu virus a few days ago and was prescribed tamiflu which I have taken the past 2 days. Could this be a reaction to the meds?
