Have been swollen for the last 4 months since the nurse has seen it it has gotten worse more inflammed and spread The. Nurse. It seems that you might have acute bacterial infection giving rise to this problem.
Diabetic foot is very common so rule out diabetes.
Consult your doctor and go for proper dressing and oral antibiotic medicines.
