I have an Antithyroid Perox of 1079, TSH 6.4, T3 2.8, T4 6.2, RF <10 and SED of 1, Lupus panel negative. Deep red/purple rash on legs that is not itcy, raised or bumpy, extreme fatigue, body and joint aches, muscle cramps in legs and feet, low fever for weeks, severe Edema in legs and abdomen and high blood cholesterol and unexplained weight gain. Liver/Kidney function normal as well and CBC. Could this be Hashimoto's?

It could be hashimotos diseases, Which will ultimately cause hypothyriodism. See your endocrinologist for Hormone thyroxin replacement.
