Reddish Swollen Itchy Bumps On The Legs, Hands, Forearms And Stomach. What Are These?

I am healthy 23 year old male. I have been waking up with large (penny to quarter sized), red, swollen (very swollen) bumps on my leg, hands, forearms, and stomach . They usually go away by lunch but today they lasted all day with only a few going away and others returning in different places. They itch terribly. Do you have any idea what this may be?

Thanks for query.
As these bumps are suddenly developed indicate some allergy.
Take tablet Cetrizine or Levo cetrizine and you will be alright.
Try to find out cause of allergy.
