Redness And Discharge From Eyes Due To Exposure Of Dettol To Eyes. Suggestions?

last night accidently about 2 drops of undiluted dettol antiseptic went into my eyes. i washed my eyes thoroughly but still some irritation persisted. today there is some redness in my eyes and i fell difficulty in opening my eyes for too long. and even there is some mucilaginous discharge from my eyes.
is something serious. what should i do?
