Redness In Eye From Bottom Up To Iris, White Spot On Bottom Of Iris, Eye Has Burning Sensation, Painful Eyelids, Sinus Congestion, Headache. Remedy?

My left eye is red from bottom up to iris. There is a small white spot at bottom of iris. Eye feels gritty, burning irritation. Also puffy and eyelid hurts to touch. Sensitive to light and air sometimes. Have to keep sunglasses on for comfort. Its also accompanied by sinus congestion (off & on), headaches (off/on), & sharp pain behind the eye if turning head to quickly.
