Redness On Skin, Itching, Red Spots On Glans, Frequent Urination. Applied Surfaz Cream. What May Be Wrong?

Hello sir I m40. Few days back I suffered itching and redish skin and applied surfaz cream. Ot was ok then after 2 3 daya irritation reappeard with two red spots and redness around glans. Then applied cosvate GM.Spots removed but redness still appear with difficulty to move skin back and I need to go 2 to 3 times to urinate on the night.

Hi, There is a possibility that you might be an early diabetic. You should get your fasting and post-lunch sugars checked, along with a complete urine analysis, and if required a test called HbA1c. If you find that you are not a diabetic, and yet the problem persists, you might benefit from having a circumcision done.
on the other hand, if you are detected to be indeed a diabetic, blood sugar control will get rid of the problem very quickly.
