Reduced Menstruation, Cramps And Headache. Reason?

I started my period last Saturday I had this for two days then nothing for two days then started again going from bleeding to having nothing in the day then bleeding at night iv had a few cramps and have had a constr t headache since Saturday which I can not shift my periods are usually regular and last three to five days

You should consult a gynaecologist for blood test and ultrasonography to rule out the cause for reduce menstruation.
Don't take too much strain, take a healthy diet and good sleep.
