hi welcome,
for the disease psoriasis ,no treatment in modern medication since it is idiopathic
but in ayurveda specific cause is mentioned so that if we avoid and do the treatment for that you will get best result ever.
for that you can approach good ayurveda doctor who knows to do the panchakarma like snehapana,virechana,takradhara.
