Remedy For Struggling With Anxiety, Dizziness, Lack Of Concentration And Numbness?

Hi there my names daryl smith im 21 years old and over the past few months ive been really struggling with anxiety im constantly dizzy and on edge and feel confused and cant concentrate i also have this numbness on the right side of my.body what can i do can u give me any advice its really ruining my life i cant cope with it anymore

I went through your problem description. Anxiety is a mental disorder and not a disease. But worrying about it without getting proper psychotherapy treat ment could ruin your life. For the time being there is nothing to worry.

First you have to determine what is the cause of anxiety, when it is more prominant etc. Have a list of all these items. Meanwhile do believe that anxiety cannot put you in trouble unless you desire so. Don't be anxious about anxiety.

Lead a busy life for a fortnight and more. Indulge in physical activities, outdoor sports and exercises. Drink plenty of water and fruit juices. And consult a psychologist for counseling an psychotherapy and meditation techniques.

Remember anxiety is not a disease and is a state of mind and is created by you. Anxiety comes to those people who are previously very strong mentally.
