You once go for ultrasound abdomen to find out the possible cause for your problem.
Sometimes adhesions due to prior surgery can lead to pain.
But as you are having pain more on right side better to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease or ovarian cysts etc once.
If ultrasound cannot detect anything you may need diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopy.
