Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your mother's report is of IVP ( Intravenous Pyelography)suggestive of right kidney disease and as right pelvi calyceal system is dilated which suggest possibility of obstruction to excretion of urine. I
t is important to find found out function of let kidney so that it can be preserved if it is not damaged already.
your left kidney is functioning normally, you must be consulting a Urologist to find out cause of obstruction if it is some kind of stone or stricture then it can be treated by surgery or intervention.
To detect the cause a Ultrasonography or CT scan of abdomen should be done to try to find out the cause. If necessary a Cystoscopy may be performed.
Please take care
Good Luck
