hi
welcome to HCM
the most common reason for increased heart rate that is known as unexplained tachycardia can be of 2 reasons.
1. hyperthyrodism. it is a condition in which there is increased production of the thyroid hormone leading to the symptoms like tachycardia, weight loss, heat intolerance that is unable to bear heat and depression.
2. anxiety: a psychological condition in which there is an unknown fear and increased heart with cold sweats and dyspepsia and palpitations.
these are two common conditions which cause increased heart rate. so look for your symptoms and evaluate the cause for your increased heart rate
thanks
with regards
