Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I have gone through your blood report and most of the parameters are within normal limits. This report tells us about hemoglobin level and total red cells, white cells and platelets with their different types in absolute numbers.

The value of platelets is slightly high that is called Thrombocytosis but it is marginal
which can occur in post infection, many drug , and reaction to infection or stress, so I would reccomend to see your physician as every investigation is to be correlated clinically.
It is desirable to repeat test after 2 weeks to be sure that this count has returned to normal range.
Take care.
Good Luck.
