Respected Doctor, I Got Bitten By Stray Dog On 7/5/2016

I got bitten by stray dog on 7/5/2016 at 11:30 pm. I have taken Tetanus on the same night and Rabipur Dose-0 the next day (8/5/2016). I have taken Rabipur Dose-1 today (11/5/2016) and the remaining two doses are on 15/5/2016 and 5/6/2016.
Questions:
I cannot be certain about the health of the dog and am little apprehensive and panicky about my getting any infection (rabies) in spite of the ARVs. Is there is any chance of getting infected if the dog dies or not?
A school friend of mine is getting married on 14/5/2016 and during the party shall I abstain from alcohol?
