I am suffering from Psoriasis since 5 yrs..It has not been severe at all anytime. But now it is increasing like anything.
Most of the body parts are affected now including fingers, as well as scalp where it is too much now.
I find it too difficult to come in front of anyone in public.
Some skin specialist has suggested me to use SEBOWASH SHAMPOO or INONAX -t for the scalp & SEBOMED face/body wash for bathing.
But I would like to take your advise before using it. Which shampoo out of the above two is better? how long to use it? any side effect?
Is there any other creams / oil / mositurizer to be used after bath?
what are the food restrictions? I do not drink. I do not have diabetes.My age is 70.
