I had maxillary sinus medial wall fracture before 11 days I am a smoker ,smoking 12ciggarates a day before injury.
Firstly When my sputun comes there was a percentage of blood in it we can say 50percent salvia and 50pecent blood at that time I smoke 4-5 ciggarates a day and this happened 3-4 times blood coming.
But after 10days when I started to smoke again 12ciggarates a day for two days I have continues 10times blood with sputun fully blackis dark colour .
I am worrying about it. Now I am thinking to start nitotex gum to stop irritating nose airways
it can be helpful to me to stop this bleeding ?or not or what supposed to I do
I am taking medicine " zerodol sp" zofixim cv" antibiotics.
It can be controllable or not? I am 23year old
